Supreme Court interest waiver case during moratorium :
The bench headed by the Justice Ashok Bhushan taking a case and they questioned towards the central government that the government has not said their stand clearly and thus they ordered to file a response. Government has a power to cancel the interest on interest .There is a Natural Disaster Act and the central government hiding behind the RBI.
Court gave a week to make a clear decision in the interest on interest . Court questioned central government they imposed lockdown due to the pandemic of coronavirus and they not responding
