 UNLOCK OF LOCK DOWN SOME RELAXATION : 

                             Government of India now announced the relaxation of next lock down the swimming pools are now going to open from 15th october and a one of the big good news for all of us because of the opening of theatres government of India gave a permission from 15th with some restrictions that is the theatres are allowed to fill only 50% of seats because of social distancing should be followed and thus peoples are happy because the entertainment industry is now begins to work

                                Reopening of schools and college can be decided by the state governments according to the coronavirus situation in there and wants to ask a thoughts of the parents because of the coronavirus is now high in India but some states started reopening schools from 21st september but it is failed that is only minimum of the students are attended the classes parents are not willing to send the students .     

                              

SCHOOLS REOPENING DATE GOVERNEMENT ANNOUNCED OFFICIALY

 TAMIL NADU SCHOOLS COLLEGES CLOSED TILL OCT 31ST :

           On September  29th chief minister discussed with varies departments of government and medical team .The suggestion from them about school reopening is not possible now because the coronavirus is not now not low reduced it is in fire so they have made a decision that the lockdown in Tamil Nadu is extended for another 31st till october after that they again discuss with expects and then announced

            The lockdown extended with some relaxation the vegetable shops are open form 6am to 9pm . Lock Down will come into force from oct31st with some relaxation.                     

NO BY ELECTION DUE TO THE COVID SITUATION ELECTION COMMISION ANNOUNCED

 BY ELECTION NOT HELD FOR THE THREE CONSTITUENCIES :

                                     Tamil Nadu chief electoral officer sathya pratha sahoo announced that there is no election going to conducted for the three remaining constituencies .This decision is taken by the report given by the chief secretary of Tamil Nadu and the spread of the covid is not controlled and thus the is not now going to held 

the election will be conducted later after normal and free situation.

ASSAM,WEST BENGAL ALSO NO ELECTION:

                         The election commission also announced that states like Assam, West Bengal also not held by taking example of the Bihar issue not election announced in Bihar it is a forceable election because the government going to end in the month of November 29th and thus regarding the situation the election is announced by 2 or 3 constituencies there is no problem .

SUPREME COURT ORDERD TO MAKE A CLEAR DECISION TO CENTRAL GEVERNMENT IN THE EMI ISSUE

 Supreme Court interest waiver case during moratorium :

                                                    The bench headed by the Justice Ashok Bhushan taking a case and they questioned towards the central government that the government has not said their stand clearly and thus they ordered to file a response. Government has a power to cancel the interest on interest .There is a Natural Disaster Act and the central government hiding behind the RBI.

                                                     

                                                 Court gave a week to make a clear decision in the interest on interest . Court questioned central government they imposed lockdown due to the pandemic of coronavirus and they not responding
